I have an audio aac 5.1 and I want to generate a 6-wav audio and can resyncronize that audio. After the resyncronize I want to merge again into aac 5.1.
Which programa I have to use to extract aac 5.1?
Thanks.

Use NeroDecoder/Encoder (http://www.nero.com/esp/nero-aac-codec.html)

I'm interested in the same thing; I tried to decode my 6ch aac file with neroAacDec.exe and it only gives me an error saying:
"moov box not found"

If the aac stream isn't in mp4 container the NeroAacDec don't work.
Then you can use FAAD 2 for Win32 (http://www.rarewares.org/files/aac/faad.zip)

Indeed, or you could mux the AAC to an MP4 with mp4box / YAMB :)
