Joining Splitting EAC3 files

Is there a way to cut / join .Eac3 files? for example add a stated amount os msec silence , or cut a stated amount of msec. I need to cut an audio scene from an eac3 stream so i need to be precise in cutting (msec precision) is there any way? Thanks

Have you search? Delaycut (http://www.madshi.net/delaycut.rar) 1.3.0.0 is what you need.

I tested an old version of delaycut and it didn't work on eac3. Do you this this one will work? Thanks

Just another little question: eac3 DD+ coming from HD DVD cannot be directly accepted by BD, is it possible to convert it into DD+ for BD using eac3to? Or can eac3to convert it into DTSHD for example ? Thanks again

On Blu Ray eac3 is only supported for more than 5.1 channels...convert it to ac3.
