You need to be more specific.

1. How are you trying to play the file?
2. What is the file type?
3. How did you determine that it's Eac3?
4. and so on...

You need To use Nero7 With The Blu-ray/hd-dvd Plug In activated. purchase it, you will get the key, activate it in Nero. Again, Nero 7, NOT 8.

Are you saying that you get an error message when trying to convert the eac3 audio track? I don't blame Setarip for asking, its completely unclear. Also, when someone on this forum asks you a question in an effort to help you don't just reference them to a previous post, especially with Seta, he knows his s***
