no-frills DVD authoring software ?

I'm toying with the idea of wrapping my x264 footage in a DVD-style menu.


I need to :
- create chapters or functional equivalents (click'n'run individual x264 clips)

I don't need to :
- create a DVD
- create a Blu-Ray

Playback is to be on computers only.

As I gather there are dozens of apps out there, can anyone point me to a no-frills thing ?
