Repack from mkv in to mp4

I’ve got some films in mkv container (h264 with aac) and I would like to transform in to mp4 container, so it’s better for me to unpack mkv and pack this video and sound file into mp4, can you name me soft to do this?

What are your MKV files, and how did you get them?

It would likely be easier and yield higher quality results if you converted your original source material (presumably DVD, BluRayDVD, or HD-DVD) directly to .MP4...
