16x9 and 4x3 Menus For a PAL title?

Hi Folks

I'm working on a PAL title which requires a set of
8bits for the 16x9/4X3 menus. I have Wide (720x576) and
Letterbox (720x432) 8Bits. I need to know what the Image
Area settings should be in the Subpicture Highlight
tab?
