.m2v file, what next?

I ripped and stripped with smartripper, used rempeg to encode the movie files and now I have a file called matrix.m2v and three ac3 files. How do I get the m2v file back to vob's?

What you want do ? Is it DivX or (S)VCD and why do you want it back to vob?
