Sony Vegas fix color

I am bringing some VHS tape into DV format and between the VHS tape, the TBC (real problem) and the Canopus ADVC110 device, the color tones at a minimu on people are more red than the original. Since the hardware can't correct the color, what is the best way to correct the color in Vegas 8? I would assume the Color Corrector plugin is the one, however really need some step by step help on how to work the wheels and the rest of the plugin to properly improve the red tint on the faces.

You just have to search. Try Youtube, I bet that there are several videos out there that deal with color correction. Another is XSlimits. On their website there is a color correction tutorial, you just have to look for it.

Thanks. I've been looking. XSlimits only has 2 tutorials around vegas and neither are what I am looking for, however guess unless someone else has suggestions, I'll continue searching one that fits my specific needs.

You don't need to find a color correction tutorial for vegas only, as the same principals apply to almost every nle in existence. However, I know for a fact there is a video on vegas color correction on youtube, let me see if I can find it.
