X264 Command Line Options?

I`m using alot Mainconcept H264 AVC Encoder with this settings Maximum and Extra quality, i want to know what command line options to use in X264. Some settings in x264 i know but not all, i will show what settings i current use for Extra Quality in Mainconcept Encoder.

Adaptive Quantization mode: No


It is EXTREMELY recommended to use AQ.(here (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=132760))


Reference Frames: 5
Deblocking Offset: -1/-1


these two settings depend on your source; maximizing reference frames is useful for animation videos with 1/1 deblocking offset.

However, your settings are good for real sources.
