When trying to convert ts files to HD DVD (mpeg4), the minimun bitrate allowed for encoding using AVC (HD DVD compatible) is 15,000 kb/s.
Is there any way to change this value to a lower one (for example: 8,000 kb/s) ?
Maybe editing a "binary value" in the registry of Nero Vision ?
