DVD read problem

Okay, so I used DVD Shrink for the first time and i backed up one of my movies and everything went fine. I put it into my dvd player and it doesn't go to the main menu but to this one scene in the movie. so i click menu and top menu on the controller but it brings me to another scene. I tried using another dvd player but it doesnt read the disc at all. There is something wrong with the disc but I did everything right. Was there an option i had to choose while using DVD Shrink?
