Die Hard 3 Blu Ray (BD+) region problem

Hello!
Today my Die Hard 3 Bluray disc (BD+) arrived and I ripped it with AnyDVD 6.4.0.0. Its a region A disc and I live in a region B area. AnyDVD did not detect any region code even thoug there is.
So now I got a BD+ rip on my harddrive and yet I cant play it with PowerDVD because it says "Attention, this region A disc will not play on region B players".
"Blu-ray Region Code Remover" found no region code either....? :confused:

I tried to play the 00001.m2ts file by itself without mounting the whole disc, but then PowerDVD selects the french audio stream and I cant change it. My french is very bad so I'd prefer the english stream. :p

When I try to play it with any other player it either crashes or the video lags behind the audio :<

Why did you purchase a different region's disc?

Ive been buying many bluray discs with region A because here in germany bluray movies cost 25-30€.
When I import them from the US or UK( which sell US imports) I pay about 13-17€. Moreover many movies have a "release delay" of about 3-5 months and I dont really like to wait and then pay more. ;)

If you do just a little searching, you'll find how you can reset the region counter of PowerDVD - thus just set the region code appropriately and everything will be fine. AnyDVD HD does not handle region code checks done in code (BD-J) and the Blu-ray Region Code Remover doesn't work on all discs so there are discs where having the right region code is still a must - but as long as you can use the counter reset trick, that's not too much of a problem (I've had to change the code myself since playback aborted even when having AnyDVD HD running).
