Black Borders to Image?

I got Image Magick tools and AviSynth 2.5.7. With help of these tools, Can I able to add black borders to Images type Jpeg,giff,tiff ?

Have a look at the AviSynth documentation (which was installed into your PC together with AviSynth itself), it's all written there, at least the one relative to adding borders ;)
