Sorry to digg this old thread up. But the increasing rise of RMVB supported hardware is insane. I have never thought it would be this popular especially in Chinese Market.

Although i wonder how did they implement Rmvb decode when rmvb is an closed format?

As far as i know Kostya implementation is not yet complete / perfect.
And implementing a software decode on a Generic CPU is a lot different then a specific Hardware Decode.

I hope Kostya will work on Rmvb soon.... he is too busy with AAC ><
