Hi, I have a question about audio encoding.

I want my file to be small and with 6CH audio.

I am not sure which audio format to use but I want a good quality.

Can anyone suggest me which one to use from the following two? And gives me your view, why you chose it so I know the reason.

Dolby AC3 5.1 @ 192 Kbps OR ND HE-AAC 5.1 @ 192 Kbps

Thanks.

HE-AAC definitly if you want keep quailty on lower bitrate, but you should make test and compare, what is better for you ear

Ok, I'll try to listen.

But is there any other ways to compare audio quality? Such as using some kind of programs etc.

because I think I am deaf, and can't decide which one is better. Or might be because of my low-priced speakers :\

If you are the only one that will listen to it, then only your ears matter.
If somebody else will also listen to the files then also ask them to decide about quality.
There are programs, but they can not replace your ears and they are not precise enough.
