virtualdub - jobs with different settingfiles?

If I want to encode 2-pass xvid on a couple of files with a job it wont work, since I have to first do 1st pass and then 2nd pass. But can I have 2 configurationfiles and run the files with a longer joblist? or how would you do?

It's simple - set it up for the first pass.
File/save as avi - check the box "don't run this job now"

Set it up for 2nd pass/save as avi/and again check off
"don't run this job now"

File/job control/run the two jobs that are waiting.
