nero 8 encoded video not working on psp

hi,
i just got a psp and updated its firmware to 3.90 official, and used latest nero (released yesterday) to convert one of my dvd's to psp 480X272 80 kbps lc-aac, and transferred it to psp using psp video manager, but it ain't working on psp, it says unsupported format, pls can someone help me with encoding dvd to psp supported format using nero 8 or megui and how to transfer it properly, pls help me....

I have also 3.90 (but hacked:) and all my movies play without problems after encoding in RipBot264.
