Demultiplex FLV with alpha channel

I need to demultiplex some VP6+MP3 FLV's with alpha channel and then multiplex the video with new MP3 audio to FLV with the alpha channel intact. I can do this by re-encoding the files.

Is there a way to do this without re-encoding?
