When I try loading a blu-ray rip it loads all distorted can anyone suggest why its version 2.4 thanks.

How did you make the rip, and what do you mean by "all distorted"?

its all little square blocks it plays back fine but when I load it into avidemux to reencode its all square blocks then clears up after about 1 min of playing im wonderi if its coz its needs to be loaded thru a halii splitter like it does when being played in wmp

avidemux DON'T use dss filters, but own filters
