Hi folks!
Please explain if I have YUY2 source
AviSource("file.avi")
GreyScale()

return luma from video?

What means stupid yes or no. Question very simple. In YUY2 color information separated from luma and when I use GreyScale() I get luma.

In YCbCr based formats (YUY2, YV12), the chroma channels are set to 128.

ok. You don't really ask a question, so my answer is: yes - you get luma when you use greyscale()
