Photoshop: Permanently turn off Pixel Aspect Ratio Correction

I need some help here with PS as I'm no expert and am not exactly sure what I need. I have monochrome scans to edit (from one of my scanners and exported images from PDFs) and noticed on certain images PS will open them with Pixel Aspect Ratio Correction enabled. In order to get an accurate view of the areas to be removed I have to undo this, but for my workflow this would take a lot of unnecessary time on thousands of images. Is there any way I can either set a macro or affect some other setting that will disable this permanently?

And also, is there a way I can tell Photoshop to open every image at a certain zoom percentage regardless of the dpi? Or better yet, something like if 300 dpi -> open at 25% zoom, if 600 dpi -> open at 16.5% zoom ?

Part one, I'm sure you could set up an action to do just this. Record a new action and do whatever you have to do to set the PAR to 1:1. I've never messed with aspect ratios in Photoshop before, so I'm not familiar.

Just get the file into the state you would normally start editing in, and then you can stop recording. From there you can run a batch, so that all your images will open with the PAR set to 1:1. You could also probably figure out some way to put in 25% zoom. After that it's what - one more ctrl + - to adjust the zoom if you need 16.5%? Minor :)

Thanks very much for the tips. I'll try them. But I was asking more of a way to do this by default when any image is opened. Most of these need to be "hand edited," and so having to set the PAR and zoom when opening each one (as preparations for the editing stage) is rather time consuming over the course of thousands of images. Granted, one action "start" button click wouldn't be so tedious, but if it can be automated further that would be very helpful.

What I actually ended up doing since evidently you can't put any sort of view actions into a macro, I assigned a function key to 'zoom in' and 'pixel aspect ratio correction' so when opening an image I can quickly press both keys and be into editing mode.
