noob need help with limitedsharpenfaster

hi,

i almost searched (and i mean real searching) and tried two hours to understand this and get it to work, but i simply couldn't.

what i have is:

- avi-synth 2.5 (installed)

- my source (a .mkv @720p)

and my simple script that i understand (lol):

DirectShowSource("source.mkv").LanczosResize(720,576)

that's easy so far... i save it as a .avs and can open it with vdubmod.

but what i want is:

- to sharpen the file with limitedsharpenfaster (and not the standard sharpener of avisynth)

please help me. i don't want to install thousands of plugins or programs - just the ones that i need.

maybe someone could upload the needed files or something. i have the will to learn, but if you search and try for hours (as a noob) and it simply doesn't work, it's frustrating!

i already read that thread (and some others) and there's too much i don't know, so i cant understand it. i just want that filter working. :S

and why do you need to know where my video files come from? that doesn't help solving my problem, since there's no problem with the file itself. ;)
