None of the free tools seem to work on this disk (of course AnyDVD HD works fine)

Anybody any idea?

Sorry, but it is of no help, as it does not relate to decrypting question
Also the UK version of the Ratatouille/Pixar Short Films does NOT have this structure (it starts at 00075.m2ts & ends 00211.m2ts)

But the answer is that probably none of the free decrypting tools can yet touch it

And i have the same answer for both of you: this is a MKBv4 title, there is no known Processing Key which can decrypt it so currently the only way is AnyDVD HD.
