feature request: postpone parts of job

It would be great to have the possibility to postpone a part of the encoding job.
Slower Cpu's need a lot of hours to encode and sometimes you would like to turn off your pc.
So it would be nice to have the possibility to postpone parts and restart the next time you start your pc and Gordian Knot.

I don't know if you are just looking to restart, or just turn off your computer, but I have been able to hibernate my laptop with gknot running. it was doing the video divx4 (so vdub here) first pass at the time.

on power on, it went right back to work
