Are These Tools compatible with 64 bits versions of Vista & XP
Someone has tested it?
Scenarist 2.x are compatible with 64 bits OS?

I'm wasting my 6Gb of RAM with 32 bits OS
System only shows 3.32 Gb + 512 Mb of my Graphics Card... (4 Gb address limit)
I use a lot Big 3 tools for Pal-->NTSC conversions... (a lot)
Maybe I need a dual boot...
Is posible to make a dual boot between XP 32 & 64 bit OS?

its possible to make a multiboot with nearly any x86/x64 OSes

just make sure you check for drivers before you install

honestly... i really dont see why the apps wouldnt work on 64bit. maybe cce / scenarist may be a question.. but should be able to check that on their web site. the base big4 apps really should be ok.

64bit is roughly 10% faster and can access more memory
and some tool chains require all 64bit

plus more and more people/system have 4gb+ Ram
is a shame to leave all that hardware being un-utilized

I decided to move to Vista x64
Confirmed! Big3 tools works.
But doitfast4u sometimes has extrange behaviours... The setup screen an AVS scripts sometimes are corrupted...

Numenu4u, CCE SP1, CCE SP2 & Scenarist works perfect @ 64 bits! And the new beta version of DGIndex is awesome on Vista x64

I installed 64bit vista but realized my 1gb of ram and single core chip really werent made for it. I might try xp 64 but my cpu keeps overheating during install (hopefully the only problem is i need to put some fresh thermal paste on it). vista (i presume) runs cool n quiet during install so was ok there. xp64 doesnt.
