I checked the "SSIM" box in megui, and encoded it, but I don't know how to check this SSIM value. I just want to know the average.
Thanks.

I am no MeGUI expert, but I know that the SSIM mean value can be found in the "Log" tab after the encoding is complete. It may very well also be displayed somewhere else that I am not aware of.
e.g.:
avis [info]: 320x144 @ 25.00 fps (250 frames)
x264 [info]: using SAR=1/1
x264 [info]: using cpu capabilities: MMX MMXEXT SSE SSE2 SSE3 Cache64
