Try AVInaptic from: http://fsinapsi.altervista.org/code/avinaptic/index.html
(Download "avinaptic-20071118-full-fixed.zip" and unzip to an empty folder)

It works with AVI, ASF/WMV, MP4/MOV, Matroska (MKV), OGG, OGM and FLV conatiners :)

Are you shure this is up-to date ?

I ask this because I see it thinks 640x480 is a VERY HIGH resolution, while these days 640x480 would be considerated as a LOW resolution ;)

Look at the release date! Terms like "VERY HIGH" are subjective, no idea why it's there at all :p

"Quality comments" are there 'cause in previous releases they were enabled by default (people asked for them to be ); frank made it optional some time ago, but in your configuration it's still enabled :)

You can disable it from "Misc" -> "Preferences" -> "Judgments about quality" :)

It's definitely the last version released; fsinapsi has some other minor bugfixes/features to add, but right now I think he's busy with other projects and will work on AVInaptic only is some big bug is discovered or a... stimulating feature request is made :p
