I hate to say this, but MeGUI is really buggy, I have used several versions of it, and every version seems to have a lot quirky issues. I Know there must be a lot of GUIs up there, but since MeGUI is on the homepage of X264.nl, so I assumed this was the best of them, but I really can't say that now. So any recommendations?

I know this thread may not be very helpful for the improvement of the software, so I also would like to show one of the buggy issues of the software:

when i loaded the video and audio to the software, and click on the AutoEncode button, error shows:

Remember XviD4PSP :) Try both 4.115 (Google) and the new 5.x series. I recommend manually replacing x264.exe, etc. if you go with the old version as I do. Normally IO manually encode videos, but XviD4PSP is very nice, as it does not just encode to x264 or the PSP, and has very nice presets for iPod, PSP, PS3, 360, Archos, etc. You can also manually edit the CLI and Avisynth script it uses.

Sorry if UI sound like I'm advertising (although it's free of course) :p I just spent a lot of time tryign to help winnydows make it. Not coding-wise, but tuning profiles, etc.
