how to build in Win

i have a lvstream-distrib-1.0 source code (ffmpeg project) , but i don' t know how to build it for Windows, please help me.

Sorry, currently is not possible. Lvstream heavily depend on different *nix functions, and even if most of dependencies are build-able (I have them for years) libraw1394 is not.

Lvstream IS someones degree dissertation, what means... you can figure out. Wait and see if there will be progress or what is more important - wider acceptance. Without - it will be just one of myriad of software projects which once have existed, but have died of natural causes.
Second, there is nothing in lvstream that cannot be done in Windows using nice, existing, and more important - maintained software.
However, you can make Linux as second system (any modern Linux supports at least dual-boot), and use it...
