MeGui Error: D2V file cannot be opened in script creator

guys why i am keep getting this error.

i installed avisynth latest one. i did it lot of time but keeps giving me this error when i try loading the script.

Now, regarding your issue. What is your Avisynth script and what application are you trying to open it in? Have you followed the suggestions in the error message?

Wild guess: Maybe you are erroneously trying to open a D2V file directly in Megui instead of making a script. Note that the D2V file is not a script. A simple Avisynth script looks like this:

LoadPlugin("DGDecode.dll")
MPEG2Source("file.d2v")

well i am not that good at megui yet. but i reinstall my avisynth 4 times. and no i am not trying to open straight in to megui. i am trying to open drv file into avisynth script creator and thats when the error is coming.

i really dont understand what the error trying to say.

please neuron2 help me i am new at this

First, your title is still lame. This is the kind of title you need: "MeGui Error: D2V file cannot be opened in script creator". Your title has to describe the content of your post. Imagine if every thread here was titled "help with error". I will fix it for you.

Did you verify that the referenced D2V file exists? Did you verify that the source files that it references exist and have not been moved since making the D2V file? How did you make the D2V file?

It's best if you tell us exactly what you did step-by-step from the beginning until you hit this error.

i am sorry man. this is first time have happen to me on d2v. i had little problem while creating d2v too here is the pic.

this error came when i was creating d2v file with dgindex. maybe thats what my problem is. cuz i tried my old d2v file and that worked good.

you tryed to open a .d2v (which is not an avisynth script!) as the video input...
you need to first open the .d2v in tools -> avisynth script creator... then load the .avs as the video input...
about your delay issue, probably it's due to a DVD protection. use DVDFab HD Decrypter.
