Settings for megui/mainconcept or x264 so adobe encore cs3 does not transcosde

Hi all,
Does anybody out there know the settings for megui, mainconcept or x264, so that adobe encore cs3 does not transcode the video stream.
Ever setting i have tried for any of the above progs adobe cs3 want to transcode the video stream!!!
Adobe take to long on my 4400+!!!
Please some1 help me its driving me mad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek:

I'm trying to figure this out myself. I'm using the SA-Blu-ray profile and the only thing I've changed is to do interlaced encoding since I'm doing 29.97i. The source is HDV footage at 1440x1080 29.97i going through dgindex and into an avisynth script.

I'm encoding to RAWAVC but after importing into Encore it still insists on transcoding it again.
