does anyone know where can I get a Stablizer with edges fixed/recovered?

very much like the MSU filter:

http://compression.ru/video/deshaker/index_en.html

or/and from YUVsoft (even though they are the same thing):

http://www.yuvsoft.com/technologies/stabilizer/index.html

if u download the videos for develoers there, u can see it does a nifty job, and proves it is superior to Thalin's Deshaker, which i hve used and not exactly satified with the results as i would have used 2d3's SteadyMove.

but however, this is thew kind of stablizer i am looking for, as i need this for several purposes (ones iw il not mentioned of either just yet,) that are important.

i would really appreciate it if anyone can help me on this.

thanks.

Well, can't you use VirtualDub plugins in Avisynth? :)

@Undead Sega: the comparison of YUVSoft is faulty! (!!!)
They ignored that gunnar thalins deshaker indeed has a VERY good border processing, that is able to completely avoid black borders.
Also MSU's invention isn't superiour to Deshaker of Gunnar Thalin.

And the 2pass processing and non-fully automatic processing allows for much more user interaction for more pleasnt results.

So why aren't you just using Gunnar Thalin's Deshaker with border processing ENABLED?
Also make sure to read at least one of the guides how to PROPER use Gunnar Thalin's Deshaker.

well, i would definately like the feature of it recovering the edges and wanting to avoid cropping as as well.

can it do that properly?

yeah.
Read the guides.
I won't write it all here.
