Hi,Can anyone tell me what kind of printer I need to be able to print on those white backed blank disks.
Also what kind of software is needed for labels etc. I prefer a "canon" printer and using "Vista"home edit.

Well there are white inkjet as well as thermal blanks. If the discs are inkjet printable, then just have a look at the canon Australia site and pick a printer that supports CD/DVD printing (probably most of them now).

Canon printers come with software for printing. Works fine as long as you do the designs in something else.

You might also want to edit your title since it is a bit vague.

Thermal printers, other than cheap text (sometimes also simple graphics) are expensive.
