h264 to blu ray problem

Hello everyone,

I have a mkv file that is 1920x816p at 25fps. I want to put it to a blu ray disc. Every time I put them through tsmuxer and tsremux I either get a black screen or stutttering. The audio comes out fine. I've tried it through h264info, megui. Can anyone give me some suggestions.

has anyone ever used non-spec (specifically resolution) avc files and made a compliant bluray disk?
