HowTo HD-WMV to BluRay/h264/ac3/vc1

Hi all,

i am searching a way to get my HD 1080p WMV file onto blu ray disc. I use scenarist to make my blu ray movie discs.

But it can't read the format. So i did convert it with CCCP codec package and MeGui.. Video did decode.. but its not playing smooth get some weard stuttering in it. And when trying to convert the audio it hangs allways at same size (199,1/354Mb) .. i try to convert it to AC3 without changing the audio in it.!?

Anyone can help me with this?
(i am now gonna try with VLC..)

What is the frame rate? 29.97 or 23.976?

You need ONLY two things
1) Latest FFDShow
2) Latest Haali Media Splitter

No shitty codec packs!!!

And when trying to convert the audio it hangs allways at same size (199,1/354Mb)

i also did dump the vc1 file out of the wmv but seems to be bad recognized :| did it with the following

mplayer test.wmv -dumpvideo -dumpfile test.vc1

what do you think about that?
bad way? bad vc1 file?

vc1 stream from wmv file are certainely not compliant Bluray stream.
