No sound with TMPGEnc 2.5

I have a big problem. Im trying to encode some files using TMPGEnc plus 2.5, but when i add the source files and start the encoding process when its finished generating the encoded files and I try to play them I get no sound. Can anyone help me to solve the problem. Can you suggest some other program/s i can use to do my encoding? Any help would be much appreciated.

At the present moment its some episodes of dark angel.
Format: .avi
608x366
Frame rate:23 frames/seconds
Data Rate:140 kbps
Video sample size: 24 bit
Video compression: Divx Codec

Audio: AC-3 ACM Decompressor
Bitrate: 192 kbps
Duration: 0:42:44

Its happens with other videos too, like some avatar videos that I have as well. Its like sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. Dont know if i change any settings or what but i normally use the defualt settings all the time and sometimes it works and someties it doesnt.

How are you making episodes of Dark Angel in DivX format at 23fps?

I downloaded some episodes and now i want to put them on dvd so i want to encode them to be used in sonic scenarist. The figures I gave were of the episodes I downloaded. I right-clicked the file and viewed the file properties and that's what it showed me.
