problems in Voblanker after deleting scenes

when I tried to delete some scenes form DVDR movie, after process done I got a problem related to playback (which prevernts me from replaying back properly) though the app warned me that may happpen

afterwards, I tried to use "split cells" command when I wanted to delete, but I got a different problem which was getting interfering frames where cut happened

Now, is there any way to avoid these problems or what I have to do?

What was the warning message (something to do withj GOPs I expect)? Do you have a log?

well, first thanks for your reply and pardon me for bad language

second, here's the warning that VobBlanker indicates

You're going to do a "cut inside" a cell without split the cell
in two parts, so this can produce some playback problems.
To mimimize them, VobBlanker can split the cell in two parts
All you have to do is to check "split cell" in preview dialog
Do you want to do it? (click NO to continue using your current settings).

taking ignoring this notice,
when I try to rewind the movie backwards, the movie is stopped at the point where I cut
and "Navigational slider" shows that now I'm on beginning which is not right

hope this time sharpen the issue by rights

Sounds like you cut part of the movie instead of splitting the cell. Post a log please.

yeah, I told you I don't use "split cell" option cos it has a bad affect on the frames that are near where I cut
but what to be noticed, when I use PGCedit to analyze that movie when I click on "Edit PGC"
I see one "type flags" + "seam less joint" not activated which is the next of cell I cut from
