View Full Version : Can Filters be used during the Gknot Process and Where?

I would like to use filters to adjust the anime I am encoding using this two-pass divx 3 process with Gknot. I have made excellent encodes, but I want to use filters in this process.

The most important question for me is "WHEN" do I use the filters that I want...Before 1st pass...after etc...

You use the filters during 1st and 2nd pass.

There's a discussion here (http://rilanparty.com/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=13405) -
about using filters only for the 2nd pass. This decreases the encoding time
