dvdfab platinum can't find any reader/burner on my computer...

When i start the program and try to select "source" at the top - no player/burner is to be seen... It's just a blank field even though i have 2 different burners in my computer...
Anyone else got that problem ?

1) Do you have this problem whether or not you have a DVD placed in one of your burners?

2) Do you have the same problem with any other programs?

3) Try the freeware version, DVDFabHD Decrypter - do you have the same problem?

1. whether or not the burner is "empty" or media inserted the "source-roll-down" is still blank.

2. No - I use NERO and IMGBURN , and they work great.

Even when using ANYDVD HD , i can read and create a HD/BLU-RAY image of a disc... It's only the DVDFAB-program that doesn't find any reader/burner...

Try the freeware version, DVDFabHD Decrypter - do you have the same problem?

It's an extremely similar program from the same publisher...

BTW - Are you using a purchased version of dvdfab platinum - or "something else"?
