How to "shrink" a Blu-ray-movie to fit on a 25gb-blu-ray-disc ?

Hi - i have bought me a Blu-ray-burner and some blanks to try and copy bluray-movies that i borrowed from a friend. But when i put the movies ( ex. "300" ) in my reader/burner it tells me that the image on the disc is 33GB.
How do i "shrink" the movie so it fits on a 25-gb-discs instead ?
