Joining AVI with different audio bit rate - one click solution?

Hi,

my problem is, that i have some avi-file i want to join.
Normaly i use VirtualDup for doing this.
Sometime, the parts have different bit rates for audio encoding, so VD gives me an error message.
So i have to demux both files, remux them with same audio bit rate and than join them - it's boring.
So here's my question:
Is there a kind of "one-click-solution" out there? In means of: :Just name the files you want to join, I'll do the rest (demuxing, calculating bit rates, remuxng, joining.....)

avidemux should permit to join these files, if difference is only audio rate
