SEE - Simple Encoding Engine

... is a windows encoding GUI for converting DVD to x264/NAAC in MP4/MKV.
It also supports media tags and creation of subs/chapters.

sry, thats far too special for me :eek:
maybe it will help installing an AVCHD codec and using DirectShowSource like described here (http://forum.videohelp.com/topic340675.html) ?
