I run FIXVTS with no backup and I had to reboot my computer (unrelated to FIXVTS). Can I just rerun FIXVTS or do I have to go back to a clean rip.

Aborting FixVTS pretty much kills your files. Sorry. Rerip is the answer.

Blu is probably right, but not necessarily... If Fix was killed before it removed anything (for example, if there was no unreferenced material) and if no VCID was renumbered, then your files are still OK. But you'd have to be lucky. Blu's advice is the safe one!
