The norwegian government has come to an agreement with Apple about changing the terms of use for Itunes in Norway.

DRM is still not changed but many other factors are improved.
1: Customer is entitled to refunds
2: Easier to understand terms
3: Rules are governed by norwegian court. (Not US)
4: Terms cannot be changed without notice like before.
Apple states that the changes will also be transfered to EU countries.
