easiest way to rotate a MPEG

I made a MPEG with my digital camera but I need to rotate it by 90 degrees.
Is there any way to do it besides the full processing mode with rotate filter in Vdub?

BTW - You wouldn't want to use VirtualDub, as it only outputs .AVI, NOT MPEG...
