I don't know if this is in the proper forum but....

Anyways I live in an NSTC Region. My relatives live in a Pal Region.

They gave me a PAL DVD of a movie but I want to mux English audio that I have into the DVD.

My problem is there is around a second difference between the runtime. I cannot get the right Stretch ratio or delay in MS.

Runtime for NSTC
1:16:34

Pal Runtime is
1:17:20

I have tried a strech ratio of 99 and 98 both both are wrong.

I tried 992somethin but it's still off. I'm converting the PAL DVD to NSTC right now and I'm seeing what will happen...But converting to DVD takes a long time....IS there any quicker way? Any help is appreaciated(sp?) thanks.

Hi!My relatives live in a Pal Region... They gave me a PAL DVD of a movie but I want to mux English audio that I have into the DVD.First things first - Have you successfully decrypted the original, commercial DVD and copied it to your hard drive?

If not, what is the Title and Region number of the DVD?

Yes I have. It plays perfectly fine on my all my computers. I googled and found I shouldn't be making ratios of the audio but the frame. I'll try this out when I'm back home on my computer.
