Hi all... I have a lot of DVD's ripped to my hard drive with the 5.1 ac3 audio tracks intact. I recently purchased a Apple TV and am interested in converting all my movies to h264 but I want to leave the 5.1 audio track in place rather than having it converted to 2ch stereo. I have read that it is possible to feed a Apple TV an ac3 audio track and have the Apple TV forward the audio track to a receiver for decoding. Has this already been done? Can this be done? Thanks!
