D2SProCoder is a plugin which makes DVD2SVCD compatible with current versions of ProCoder and Carbon Coder.

It uses ECLPro by Robot1.

This new version makes sure that the color conversion to YUY2 is always done through the Avisynth script (not by DivX, XviD or ProCoder itself). This should fix problems with an expanded color space caused by the previous conversion methods. Make sure to specify "ConvertToYUY2" under the CCE Advanced Settings.

Use the download link from the first post.

New (hopefully last) version is out:

Changes:
No new functionality, just added a very basic installer (WinRAR based).

Optimized and simplified the script quite a bit. Should work more reliably when complex output folder structures are used in DVD2SVCD.

Download URL is in the first post of this thread.

Killing DVD2SVCD abruptly sometimes caused a damaged "Avisynth.ini" in the DVD2SVCD folder. I inserted some wait cycles which (hopefully) fixes this.

Hi manolito!
this is me Stefano... :)

I saw you just released a new version of D2SProCoder.
Should I delete some registry keys or something like that from the previous one before use this latest build?

Thanks,
Stefano

No, that's not necessary. Just install the new version over the old one and overwrite the 2 files which have changed (D2SProCoder.bat and CCE.dat).

Hi manolito and thanks for your reply! :)

I'll try your new build in the next days.
BTW I never had any problem using the previous one.

I'm always appreciated your kindness,
Stefano
