MPEG Mediator VideoSequenceCompressor error

I have not used MPEG Mediator for about a year, and i came back to use it again today with DivX codec v6.8, v6.7, v6.6.1,...v.6.1.1. none of them worked, something must have changed in my XP OS level. the last Divx codec i used and worked was the version 6.6.1 with MPEG Mediator.

this is the error message shown up.
VideoSequenceCompressor:: packFrame - error compressing/decompressing frame

MPEG Mediator still works with Xvid, but i have no idea how to use xvid.

what can i do?

sorry to bother you all, i got it fixed now, it was the case that i forgot how to use MPEG Mediator properly after a year later. when i reduced the size, it all worked fine again. VOB was a simply recorded DVD from TV (4:3). MPEG Mediator took it as 720x544 oversized
