Looking for MPEG1/MPEG2 specs...

Hello folks,

I am new to this forum. I am looking for MPEG1 and MPEG2 standards since I found some books called "Video Demysified" and "Closed Captioned Handbook" from Amazon.com. That book has much useful information. However, I am looking for complete specs about MPEG1 (OSI 11172) and MPEG2 (OSI 13818). I searched through Internet and found only one good pdf file - 13818-1.pdf.

Also, I am looking for DTV CC specs (CEA-608/708) that is very important for hearing impairement. I found ATSC standards and have them now.

That's why I am interested in developing software to display and edit video files from my camcorder, etc. Also, it would recognize speech in audio channel and translate them into captions.
